Initial Consultation
During this on-site meeting, we will listen to your needs, wants, and expectations, discuss your goals and purpose for the space, evaluate the space structurally, and discuss the budget available for the project.
Second Consultation
This meeting will consist of a design presentation and detailed budget estimate. We will discuss any/all questions we both may have about the project along with project schedule, etc. We will also provide the homeowner with the contract and our payment structure.
Project Begins
We coordinate our tradesmen in a systematic order so the job is done in a proficient manner while maintaining a high level of production and quality of work.
Walk Though
This is done at different segments throughout the project to maintain good communication and for all to be aware of any changes during the project.
Project Complete/Final Walk Through
At the end of each project, we take a look at the job and develop a punch list of items to ensure your satisfaction. We make sure every detailed is covered!
